Star Nail Lounge reserves the right to refuse service to any customer if their health condition is insufficient for a safe and clean service. Please inform our nail technician about your medical conditions that we need to be aware of before your service begins. We believe these standards are necessary to keep a clean and healthy environment.

All equipment is sterilized and sanitized for each use. For your peace of mind, all our implements are either discarded after a single use or properly sanitized in an EPA-registered, hospital-grade disinfectant and sealed in a sanitation pouch.

We also have a sophisticated ventilation system to remove fumes and dust, which always smells fresh.

Late Arrival

Please kindly notify our salon if you will be late for your appointment. If you arrive late by 15-20 minutes without advance notice, we shall reserve the right to move on to the next customer.
